Petit Zèbre (small zebra) is a Swiss brand offering products of baby nutrition and baby care. Their mission is to develop healthy lifestyle habits that last a lifetime. They offer a range of certified organic, quality baby food products, skincare products, and detergents for babies, kids, and the whole family. The cornerstone of the brand's product lines is the organic baby food product range, suitable for babies 4 months and older. The skincare and detergent products are friendly and gentle for the baby's skin: non-allergenic, non-aggressive, non-irritation, and cruelty-free.

Baby food — 
Inspired by the nutritional ingredients and geographical origins of every recipe, we created illustrations in the form of small fairy tales. Every pack unfolds a story and reveals an adventure scene: the little zebra embarking on yet another imaginary journey. The little zebra travels through time, all over the world, and even makes it to outer space! In these journeys, the mascot learns about the food varieties and discovers the treasures of different cultures and places. This way, the packaging becomes a tool that enables parents to make feeding more fun and exciting for the baby. They can use the packs as a trigger for games or as a book of fairy tales, transforming the whole process into an educational experience.

We infused core human values into the stories, such as friendship, equality, and happiness through creation, to strengthen the educational feature of the packaging. Nature, animals, food nutrients, places, they all come to life and become cute little characters that do stuff happily together. The illustrations and playful colors cover the entire surface of every product, including labels and paper sleeves.

Baby care —
Following the same look and feel, but with a more minimal layout, the concept again was the small zebra embarking on different adventures on every label. The theme for each story was inspired by the product type and enriched with imaginary and fun elements. We used a soft color palette for the skincare line, to express the gentle character of the products, and more vivid colors for the detergents, to reflect the scents.
Cute detail; the birdie character -the little zebra's best friend- is accompanying the hero mascot on every adventure.
